Zucchini Noodles with Pesto and Grilled Chicken Recipe

Zucchini noodles, also known as “zoodles,” are a fantastic low-carb alternative to pasta. Top these delightful zoodles with homemade pesto made from basil, pine nuts, olive oil, and parmesan cheese. Ingredients:
– 2 medium zucchinis
– 1 cup fresh basil leaves
– 1/4 cup pine nuts
– 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– Olive oil for grilling

Instructions:
1. Spiralize the zucchinis to create zucchini noodles.
